Does that store deliver?
Type a store's address and you will see its record: whether it delivers its orders and whether it refunds money, checked with the carrier and with its payment processor. These are not opinions or reviews: nobody writes them and nobody pays to look better.
What you will find
- Delivers its orders: out of every 100 orders the store charged for and did not refund, how many are recorded as delivered by the carrier. The store does not mark this.
- Refunds money: whether, when there is a refund, the money really goes back to the card or the account, according to the payment processor.
- Purchases disputed with the bank: how many out of every thousand end in a dispute over a problem with the order.
- Checked orders: the band of orders over the last twelve months, never the exact figure.
- Delivery times: how long it usually takes to reach your country, if there are enough shipments to say.
What you will not find
holdmark does not measure customer service, product quality or how happy people are. That cannot be checked against third-party data, so we do not say it. And there are no stars and no score: every fact is shown with its source and its period, so that you can judge.
If the store is not there
The registry only holds stores that have installed holdmark. A store not being there means nothing bad: it means we have not checked it. If you want it there, ask the store; it is free for them.
