Every tier has the same features and the same record. The price depends on how many orders we check each month, never on what gets published about your store.
Prices exclude VAT. Each store has its own plan: if you have two, each one stands alone.

Before you install.
What can the app see and do in my store?
It only reads orders, shipments, refunds and Shopify Payments disputes. It cannot create, change or delete anything, and it publishes no personal data about your customers.
Do I have to connect my carrier?
No. We read the status of your shipments using the tracking number already on your orders. If you use a carrier we cannot read yet, those shipments count neither for nor against you.
What if my figures do not come out well?
The badge does not appear in your store until something has been checked, and your record explains it in a neutral sentence. In the app you see what is missing and why.
Are my sales published?
Never the exact figures or your countries: only bands ("50,000+ orders"), percentages always rounded against you (the good rounded down, the bad rounded up) and delivery times only for the country of whoever is looking.
Does paying change what gets published about my store?
No. Your record is identical on Registry and on Verified, with the same rules and the same figures, and buyers and AI assistants read it just the same. With Verified you pay to show it in your store (badge and marks), for the alerts, and to measure whether it makes you sell more.
How much does it cost?
Registry is free forever. Verified is tiered by the orders we check each month: €69 up to 1,000 orders, €149 up to 10,000, €299 up to 50,000 and €499 above that. Every tier has the same features and the same record; what changes is how much checking work sits behind it. With a 14-day trial and no lock-in. We work out your tier from your orders: you declare nothing, and if you grow or shrink in a month, it adjusts the month after.
Does it work with other platforms?
Today, with Shopify. WooCommerce and PrestaShop come next: the rules and the record are the same on any platform, only the way we read the orders changes. If you use one of them, tell us and we will write to you when it arrives.
Will it make AI recommend me?
We cannot promise that: nobody controls what an assistant picks. What we do is make sure that, when it compares you with other stores, it has checked facts about you in front of it instead of only what each one claims about itself.
