2. What holdmark is
holdmark is a public registry of facts about online stores. Using data from carriers and payment processors, it checks whether a store delivers its orders and refunds money, and publishes the result under rules that are the same for every store.
holdmark is a private service, not an official body. It does not sell products in the stores it lists, it takes no part in their orders and it is not answerable for them: every purchase is a contract between the buyer and the store.
3. Scope of the published information
Records contain facts measured over a specific period, which is stated next to each figure. They are not opinions, scores or recommendations, and they do not guarantee how a store will behave in the future. There are things holdmark does not measure, such as customer service or product quality, and every record says so.
If you believe a published figure is wrong, write to us at equipo@holdmark.org and we will review it against the sources.
4. Intellectual property
The holdmark name, logo, badge design and texts belong to its operator. The data in the records may be consulted and quoted, citing holdmark.org as the source. The open format of the records is designed to be read by people and by programs alike.
The Onest typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

holdmark.org links to the stores in the registry. We are not responsible for the content of those websites.
6. Applicable law and languages
This site is governed by Spanish law.
This page is published in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese. The translations are provided so that it can be understood; in the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish one prevails, as it is the version drafted under the applicable law.
