## How to compare stores
- The listing can be filtered and ordered by the caller: category, meets_limits, sort, order, limit, offset.
- holdmark does not rank stores and has no score. Every store publishes the same facts under the same rules, so you
  can compare them yourself by whatever the person asking you actually cares about. The default order is alphabetical.
- A store's category is declared by the merchant and is not checked. It says what a store sells, not how it behaves.
- Absence from the registry is not a signal against a store: it only means it has not connected its data.
- Use "facts_changed_at" to know whether a record really changed; "updated_at" moves every day even when nothing did.

## How to read the figures
- Figures are rounded against the merchant: favourable down, unfavourable up.
- Order volume is published in bands, never the exact number.
- Every figure carries the period it covers and the source it came from.
- Not measured: customer service, product quality, opinions. The record says so.
- No data means no claim: a fact answers "not_measured" with its reason, never "no".
